Rangala House is a true gem nestled in the lush hills of Sri Lanka, offering a perfect retreat for trekkers and nature lovers alike. From the moment we arrived, Anthony's warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and the stunning views are simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. The food, crafted from fresh produce grown in their own garden, was a culinary highlight, with delicious Sri Lankan curries and healthy local dishes that my companions and I couldn't get enough of. After day hikes in the nearby Knuckles Conservation area, arriving back at the cozy lodge for a refreshing lime juice and a dip in the pool was the ideal way to unwind. The rooms, adorned with character and stunning mountain views, were a delightful sanctuary to recharge for our next adventure.
